今天要给大家分享的是啤酒鱼的做法,外香里嫩,酱汁酸辣入味。

食材:鱼、青椒、番茄、酸辣椒、酸豆角、姜蒜、啤酒、生抽、辣椒酱。

.青椒、番茄洗净切块,酸辣椒、酸豆角切粒。

2.用姜片擦一下锅。(用姜片擦拭锅底,热锅凉油下鱼,可以避免鱼皮粘锅)

3.鱼洗净后刨开下锅煎至金*。煎的酥脆的鱼皮,是阳朔啤酒鱼的一大特色,当地人甚至连鱼鳞都不去,直接煎炸。

4.再次下油,酸辣椒、酸豆角、姜片、蒜瓣爆香。

5.煎好的鱼入锅,然后加入生抽、啤酒。

6.盖上锅盖,小火炖上0分钟左右。

7.加入青椒、番茄。

8.加入一勺桂林辣椒酱,再炖上3分钟即可起锅了。

啤酒鱼外香里嫩,酱汁酸辣入味,夹上一口鲜嫩的鱼肉,啤酒的甜味在嘴里慢慢散开,爽!

制作啤酒鱼,如果能买到剑骨鱼自然最好,不然,用一般街市能买到的鲤鱼也是可以的。
